On This Day – 25th March
Happy Birthday to my lovely sister Jenny. Below is a photo of a match between Morecambe and my club Aldershot Town on 1st November 2008. The match was just a normal league match, but for me, it was the perfect opportunity to go up to see my Jenny who was studying at a university nearby.
You can see the two of us in the away end behind the players. It is one of my favourite photos of the two of us. A football match that brought two siblings together from the other ends of the country, where for 90 minutes we could stand and watch the game and see each other for the first time in a couple of months.
