Good, Bad and Ugly kits from the past – Norwich City

Jeremy Goss volleys in a winner at Bayern Munich in the UEFA Cup, 1993/94

Good – home shirt 1992 – 94
Worn during Norwich’s greatest period in their history, this shirt got a lot of bad press. Many rate it as one of the worst shirts of all time but I think that is unfair, I actually really like it!
The design of green and white flakes across a yellow shirt was certainly unique, well at least until 2016 when the shirt below came along…

Bad – third shirt 2016/17
I’m almost certain that this third shirt was made as a tribute for the home shirt from Norwich’s first two seasons in the Premiership.
Although I liked the design of the home shirt above, this shirt design really doesn’t work on a white shirt.

Ugly – home shirt 1989 – 92
I don’t like this shirt and only because of the strange lined pattern across the top in a weird triangle shape.
I really don’t understand why the design was used, there weren’t many other shirts like it. Asics were the manufacturer of this shirt.
